Internet Orders Returns & Exhanges Policy

Treasure Rooms strives to provide customers with the highest quality merchandise and a shopping experience beyond compare. Please review our policies below that relate to your on line purchases.

The policies below pertain to Internet purchases only, store policies may differ. Contact our store for in-store policies.

Custom Products (Special Order Items). Custom or Special Order products include all bedding, bedding accessories, lights, rugs, artwork, mattresses, belly banks, baby rockers. Custom products are subject to a 30- 50 % restocking fee. If you wish to cancel a custom order, you made do so within 1 business day of your original order date.

Non-Custom Products

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of item. Simply call us within 30 days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is valid for 10 business days. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their sealed original packaging, no exceptions. Once we receive your return we will issue you a credit. If we receive your return without a RAN, after the alloted 10-business day window has passed, or if we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage. If your product is in stock at our store, or if you live in the area and would like to pick up your item at our store, you can select "store pick up" option when checking out.

Furniture

All furniture items are custom made according to your order and the options chosen, because of this all furniture items are final sales. The furniture items are located under all baby furniture, and all kids furniture. This includes the gliders & ottomans as well. If you wish to cancel a custom order, you made do so within 3 business days of your original order date.

If you are located in st. louis you are allowed to pick up your furniture at our warehouse in earth city. Their pick up days and hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm. When checking out please select warehouse pick up.

Sale or Closeout Products

All sale or closeout products are final sales. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
